Abstract

The present invention relates to haplotype analyses for the indirect detection of glaucoma. Based on the knowledge of linkage, two candidate genes for glaucoma one on chromosome 2, the other on chromosome 6, appear to be linked to a set of markers. The present invention provides the location of these markers and the primers for their amplification.
