Abstract

L'invention porte sur un appareil d'entraînement sportif permettant de s'exercer notamment à lancer une balle, la renvoyer et la rattraper. Cet appareil comprend un dispositif de fixation (11) se fixant au corps d'une personne, un dispositif de retenue (2) de la balle et un dispositif de raccordement (10) élastique. En utilisation, un utilisateur envoie au loin une balle avec son dispositif de retenue en lançant la balle ou en donnant un coup de pied dedans, ce qui provoque l'extension du dispositif de raccordement élastique avant le renvoi de la balle à l'utilisateur.
