Definitions

  • This invention relates to a metallic band for treatment, and more particularly to, a metallic band for treatment which has a muscle curing effect by conventional patches and a curing effect by stimulating skin of a person's body with magnetic lines and various metal materials helpful to the body so that various diseases can be cured and prevented.
  • muscle occupies forty percent of a person's body and surrounds outside the body frame.
  • the position applying acupuncture is a acupuncture point in the Oriental medicine.
  • the painful part can be cured.
  • the acupuncture is widely used for treating the muscular pains in the Orient.
  • patches having remedial effects by permeation effect of medicinal ingredients are also widely used for treating various muscular pains.
  • the patches have adhesive property to maintain a state adhered to skin and a construction for holding the medicinal ingredients to be permeated into the skin.
  • the conventional patches have a little curative effect on small muscular pains, but have little curative effect on severe muscular aches or various chemical and physical diseases. Therefore, to treat the specific diseases, various and complex medical treatments have been done such as muscular anesthesia by massage or cold spray, hot compress, interference wave, acupuncture, or injection treatment.
  • an object of the present invention to provide a metallic band for treatment which is convenient in use and has continuous and various curative effects, so that various diseases can be cured and prevented.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide a metallic band for treatment which can be widely spread as being cheap in its price.
  • a metallic band for treatment includes a thin soft base member which has an adhesive part on one surface thereof to be adhered on skin of a person's body; magnetic tapes which are repeatedly arranged on the adhesive part of the base member in one direction; silver alloy lines which are repeatedly arranged on the adhesive part of the base member side by side with the magnetic tapes; and aluminum lines which are repeatedly arranged on the adhesive part of the base member side by side with the magnetic tapes or silver alloy lines.
  • electromotive force of the magnetic tapes dissociates electrolytes, and influences the action of autonomic nerve so that diseases can be cured, and the silver alloy lines and the aluminum lines induce reactions of nerve and muscle so that various diseases can be .cured or prevented.
  • Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a process disassembling a protective pager from a metallic band according to the present invention
  • Fig. 2 is a front view of a metallic band according to an embodiment of the present invention.
  • Fig. 3 is a side view according to the embodiment of the present invention.
  • Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing essential constitution of the present invention
  • Fig. 5 is a front view showing another embodiment of the present invention.
  • Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a metallic band (hereinafer referred to as band) of this invention.
  • Fig. 2 is a front view of the metallic band removing a protective paper, according to an embodiment of the present invention.
  • Fig. 3 is a side view of Fig. 2.
  • magnetic tapes 20, silver alloy lines 30 and aluminum lines 40 are arranged side by side on a surface of a base member 10 of the band, i.e., on an adhesive part 11 of the band.
  • Fig. 4 is an extended perspective view of Fig. 1.
  • Fig. 5 is a front view of another embodiment corresponding to the embodiment of Fig. 2.
  • the base member 10 is made of a thin soft fabric cloth and synthetic resin material which is weaved to be well ventilated, and has an adhesive part 11 in a surface of the base member 10 to be adhered on skin of a person's body and maintain the state adhered on the skin. It is preferable that the base member 10 of the present invention includes the same medicinal properties as the conventional patches, so that it may have effect for treating various muscular aches.
  • a protective paper 12 which can be easily removed. It is preferable that the protective paper 12 is divided into two parts to can easily adhere the band on the skin of the person's body rather than is made into the same size as the base member 10.
  • the magnetic tapes 20 which are thin tape members with magnetism form lines of magnetic force around the tapes 20. Therefore, the person's body is influenced by an electromotive force in a magnetic field of the magnetic tapes 20 to supply the shortage of the magnetism being the basic cause of the current diseases, and by applying the magnetism to the body, the magnetism dissociates elecrolytes and influences the action of autonomic nerve to cure and prevent various diseases.
  • the thin silver alloy lines 30 which are arranged on the adhesive part 11 of the base member 10 side by side with the magnetic tapes 20 are alloy materials including silver(Ag) or gold or platinum which contains mainly silver.
  • the aluminum lines 40 are repeatedly arranged on the adhesive part 11 of the base member 10 side by side with the magnetic tapes 20 or the silver alloy lines 30.
  • the chief ingredient of the aluminum lines 40 is aluminum material, and the aluminum lines 40 are arranged on the adhesive part 11 of the base member 10 in line or thin tape type without a specific repeat peculiarity.
  • the silver alloy lines 30 and the aluminum lines 40 have remedial values of disease by ionizing the skin.
  • the reason is that the nerve of the skin reacts on very minute current without current over a normal current, muscular motion reacts on action of a peripheral nerve of the body, and though the minute current, as time passed, the nerve can react by temporal summation of the stimulation.
  • the metallic band according to the present invention may cure or prevent the various diseases, and be used to any patients regardless of age or sex, because its remedial effect is good and harmful side effects are not caused. It is preferable that as shown in Fig. 5, a plurality of simulating lines 50 made of gold or platinum are intersected on the silver alloy lines 30 to form stimulating parts 51 protruded toward the skin of the body from the intersection parts, thus having the same curative effects as a gold acupuncture used in Oriental medicine.
  • the metallic band of the present invention has the effects to invigorate and purge the body, and also has the same stimulative effect as the acupuncture, since the stimulating lines 50 containing gold press the skin of the body.
  • the metallic band of the present invention can induce reactions of the nerve and muscle by electromotive force of the magnetic tapes 20, the silver alloy lines 30 and the aluminum lines 40 so that various types of diseases can be cured and prevented, it can be used widely since the price is very inexpensive, and applied to anybody irrespective of age or sex.
