- the bursting charge 4 has three functions, it causes the explosion of the machine, and disperses the titanium particles from the combustible charge 5. In addition, it maintains the pattern represented by the illuminating charge in position in the body 1.
- the pyrotechnic delay is a delay of 1 order of 2 seconds which is ignited at the start of the projectile and which transmits fire inside the body 1 of the latter when it reaches the point of its trajectory at which its bursting must have location.
- the dispersion of the titanium particles of the fuel charge makes it possible to obtain in the sky, the firework motif of which the agglomerated block of the titanium particles contained in the pyrotechnic projectile is the exact replica.
