Abstract

On décrit une méthode qui permet d'identifier un gène codant une protéine membranaire de type II. Pour ce faire, on transfère dans une cellule animale un gène hybride d'un fragment d'ADN codant la protéine à identifier et un gène codant une protéine marqueur. On exprime ensuite ledit gène hybride dans ladite cellule animale, puis on identifie le gène codant la protéine membranaire de type II en utilisant comme indice l'expression de la protéine marqueur sur la surface de la membrane.
