Abstract

Dans un frein de véhicule électromécanique axialement compact, fonctionnant sans dispositif de rattrapage de jeu spécial, un arbre à vis (3) fixé axialement et entraîné par un moteur électrique (5) agit sur un écrou de vis bloqué en rotation, monté coaxialement et pouvant être déplacé selon une course axiale, lequel écrou constitue une partie du piston de frein appliquant les garnitures de frein. Le moteur électrique est placé derrière le dispositif d'entraînement à vis (2-4), tout en étant aligné axialement avec celui-ci, ou bien parallèlement au dispositif d'entraînement à vis, l'accouplement étant réalisé au moyen d'un engrenage (7).
