Abstract

Cette invention concerne des procédés de fabrication de pièces qui possèdent une surface de travail renforcée, un de ces procédés consistant à vaporiser un matériau céramique sur une base métallique selon un procédé de déposition gazeuse thermique. On effectue ensuite une cémentation en maintenant la pièce à une température constante dans un mélange qui contient des éléments dopants, ceci pendant une durée permettant de former dans la couche de surface une couche ininterrompue de solutions solides et saturées de ces éléments dopants. Le matériau céramique consiste notamment en du Al2O3, tandis que le bain se compose de poudres de Ni, de Cr, d'Al2O3 et d'ammoniac iodé, et que la pièce est maintenue dans le mélange à une température de 925° C pendant trois heures.
