Abstract
Homogeneous compressed gas mixtures with SF6 and a gas with a density at least 4 g/l lower can be prepared by using a mixing station with at least the following elements: a gas premixer in which the separate gases are brought together; a static mixer (F) and/or a buffer tank connected thereto; a compressor (7) connected to the buffer tank (6) or static mixer (F); and when a buffer tank (6) is used, a return line (10) from the compressor output to the buffer tank (6). Mixtures of SF6 and N2, useful for example as insulating gas for current-conductive underground cables, can be produced by this process, which is capable of processing large flow rates. Mass flowmeters ensure high precision and reliability. Also disclosed is a mobile mixing station for implementing this process.
Claims
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von im wesentlichen homogenen komprimierten Gasgemischen, die aus SF6 und N2 bestehen, aus getrennt voneinander vorliegenden Gasen, wobei man die getrennt voneinander vorliegenden Gase unter Bildung eines inhomogenen Gasgemisches vorvermischt, das inhomogene Gasgemisch in einen statischen Mischer und einen Puffertank leitet, Gasgemisch aus dem Puffertank in einen Kompressor leitet und aus dem Kompressor im wesentlichen homogenes komprimiertes Gasgemisch abzieht, wobei man einen Teil des aus dem Kompressor abgezogenen, im wesentlichen homogenen komprimierten Gasgemisches ├╝ber eine R├╝ckf├╝hrungsleitung in den Puffertank r├╝ckf├╝hrt, und man im wesentlichen homogene komprimierte Gasgemische erzeugt, die 3 bis 50 Vol-% SF6, vorzugsweise 3 bis 20 Vol-% SF6, Rest auf 100 Vol . -% N2 enthalten, wobei der gew├╝nschte Gehalt an SF6 in einer gezogenen Probe maximal um ┬▒0,7 Vol.-% von demjenigen Wert abweicht, der bei idealer Durchmischung vorliegt.1.
