Abstract

Ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen einer anorganischen Beschichtung auf einen elektrisch leitfähigen Körper, insbesondere auf ein metallisches Werkstück, ist im Hinblick auf einen präzise steuerbaren Temperaturverlauf mit kurzen Temperaturwechselvorgängen bei wirtschaftlicher und energiesparender Betriebsweise dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst ein Bereitstellen des Körpers stattfindet. Danach erfolgt gegebenenfalls ein Entfetten und/oder chemisches Vorbehandeln und/oder Strahlen des Körpers. Anschließend wird ein Beschichtungsmedium auf zumindest den zu beschichtenden Oberflächenbereich des Körpers aufgebracht. Danach erfolgt ein induktives Erwärmen zumindest des zu beschichtenden Oberflächenbereichs des Körpers vor und/oder während und/oder nach dem Aufbringen des Beschichtungsmediums auf eine Reaktionstemperatur. Schließlich wird das Beschichtungsmedium zur Beschichtung ausreagiert, worauf ein Abkühlen des Körpers erfolgt.
