Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif permettant de séparer de l'eau dans une tour de refroidissement. Ce dispositif se présente sous forme d'une structure qui se trouve sur le plan horizontal de la tour de refroidissement, et qui est définie par des collecteurs horizontaux (3) s'éloignant de la colonne montante d'alimentation (2). Ces collecteurs sont connectés à des conduites de répartition (4) sur lesquelles des pulvérisateurs (5) sont montés par l'intermédiaire de colonnes verticales de captage (6) à plusieurs niveaux hydrostatiques. Les pulvérisateurs (5) montés sur les conduites de répartition (4) sont alimentés en eau par les colonnes verticales de captage (6) de divers niveaux hydrostatiques, et définissent des ceintures concentriques de séparation de l'eau dans le corps de la colonne de refroidissement (1). Les colonnes verticales de captage (6) du second niveau hydrostatique et des niveaux suivants sont équipées de tuyaux de captage dont les sorties donnent à l'air libre, leur présence étant définie, lors d'un changement du niveau d'eau à refroidir dans la colonne montante d'alimentation, par la connexion et la déconnexion automatiques et séquentielles des ceintures de séparation d'eau correspondantes. Ce dispositif peut être utilisé afin d'équiper des colonnes de refroidissement présentant différentes structures.
