Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif qui permet d'effectuer des compensations bancaires réciproques et électroniques entre les utilisateurs de ce dernier. Ce dispositif comprend les éléments suivants: une unité (1) permettant à l'utilisateur de saisir des informations; une unité d'identification (2) de l'utilisateur; une unité générant des informations (3) relatives aux opérations; une unité de génération de signature électronique numérique (4); une unité de vérification (5) de la signature électronique numérique; une unité d'exécution des opérations (6); une unité d'affichage (7); et enfin, une unité de mémoire (8). Le code de mot de passe de l'utilisateur est introduit dans l'unité d'identification (2) de l'utilisateur, tandis que les données bancaires concernant l'utilisateur ainsi que sa clé publique sont introduites dans l'unité de génération des informations (3) relatives aux opérations. La somme limite des achats est introduite dans l'unité d'exécution des opérations (6), tandis que la clé secrète de l'utilisateur est introduite dans l'unité de génération de signature électronique numérique (4). La clé publique de la banque est quant à elle introduite dans l'unité de vérification (5) de la signature électronique numérique, tandis que la clé secrète de tout le système est stockée dans l'unité de génération de signature électronique numérique (4), ainsi que dans l'unité de vérification (5) de ladite signature électronique numérique. L'unité de mémoire (8) du dispositif renferme enfin des informations concernant les opérations d'achat et de vente effectuées par l'utilisateur pendant une période prédéterminée, lesquelles informations sont transmises à la banque une fois cette période écoulée.
