Abstract

This invention concerns a support profile (10) which has one or two extensions (31, 32) on its base (14) which insert into a slot (33) of the base element (34). Mounting of the support profile is done by a locking hook (35, 36) which locks into a cut (38) in the back of a slot (33) in the base element (34). To make it possible to use the support profile (10) for different base elements (34), the extensions (31 and 32) have several locking hooks (35, 36). These locking hooks (35, 36) are each oriented towards a base element of different dimensions. Thus, the support profile (10) can be used for different base elements, which simplifies storage.

Trägerprofil für eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines ElementsSupport profile for a device for fastening an element
Stand der TechnikState of the art
The invention is based on a support profile for a device for fastening an element to a base element according to the preamble of independent claim 1. In the case of support profiles previously used in practice, one or two extensions are formed on the bottom, which protrude into a groove in a base element. This extension has a locking hook with which it engages in an undercut of a groove. The known carrier profiles each have only one latching hook, which is assigned to a special design of a basic element. A special carrier profile is therefore necessary for each individual case. This means that large stocks are required.
Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention
The support profile according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1 has the advantage that one and the same support profile can be used for several basic elements. Warehousing and the components required for on-site assembly can be reduced become. The costs are reduced. The additional snap-in hooks, which are not directly necessary for mounting, do not influence the strength of the support profile on the base element.
The measures listed in the subclaims permit advantageous developments of the support profile specified in claim 1.

Beschreibung der AusführungsbeispieleDescription of the embodiments
21 an. Der Abschnitt 23 kann hierbei aus hartem PVC, oder PPIn FIG. 1, 10 denotes a support profile which is part of the device 11 shown assembled in FIG. The carrier profile 10 has a base part 14 which has a flat surface 13 and on which a surface element 15, as can be seen in FIG. 4, rests. At the bottom part 14 closes at an angle, for. B. inclined at 43 ° to the plane of the surface 13, a section 16 or 17, which merges into a parallel to the bottom part 14 support part 18 or 19. A side wall 20 or 19 adjoins the support part 18 or 19 perpendicularly thereto. 21 on. A holding lip 22 is formed on the side wall 20 and has a relatively hard section 23 and a relatively soft or elastic section 24 located at the end of the holding lip 22. The section 23 can be made of hard PVC or PP
With the section 24, the holding lip 22 rests on the surface element 15. The second side wall 21 has a latching hook 25 at the end, which is directed toward the bottom part 14 or towards section 17.
On the bottom part 14, on the side 30 facing away from the surface 13, two legs 31, 32 are formed, which protrude into a groove 33 of a carrier 34. The two legs 31, 32 are designed to be elastic and have a pretension so that they rest on the side wall after installation in the groove 33. Furthermore, the legs 31, 32 on the outside, i. H. on the side facing the side of the groove 33, two latching hooks 35, 36. The latching hooks 35, 36 are coordinated with one another in such a way that the carrier profile 10 can be used with different groove sizes and thus different carriers 34. The arrangement of the latching hooks 35, 36, in particular the distance from the base part 14, must be matched to the thickness of the carrier 34 having the groove 33. Furthermore, the carrier 34 used is matched to the size of the surface element 15 to be fastened.
If the carrier profile 10 can be used for two different carriers 34, the legs 31, 32 each have two latching hooks 35, 36. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the carrier profile 10 is shown inserted in two carriers 34, 34a of different sizes. 1 shows a larger carrier 34, which has an approximately 10 mm wide groove. Become the two legs 31, 32 inserted into this groove 33, because of the thickness of the carrier 34, the lowest, ie the most distant from the bottom 30 of the bottom part 14 detent hook 36 comes into engagement with an undercut 38 in the groove 33 of the carrier 34 The second locking hook 35 has no direct fastening task. It lies against the side wall of the groove 33 of the carrier 34. The distance between the two locking hooks 35, 36 is adjusted so that the support 34 can rest fully on the locking hook 36, ie that the locking hook can reach completely behind the undercut 38, and that the two support parts 18, 19 also on the support 34 come to circulation.
In contrast, FIG. 2 shows the installation of a carrier profile 10 in a smaller carrier 34a. This carrier 34a has, for. B. a groove width of only 8 mm. In this case, the other locking hooks 35, i. H. the locking hooks 35 arranged closer to the underside 30 of the base part 14 on the undercut 38 of the groove 33 of the carrier 34. Again, the support parts 18, 19 rest on the carrier 34a. The legs 31, 32 protrude further into the groove 33 so that the latching hooks 36 are freely arranged there and do not perform any fastening tasks.
The clip strip 40 has a leg 41, which has the function of the holding lip 22 in the carrier profile 10. The leg 41 has an elastic, soft upper section 42 and a relatively rigid, hard lower section 43. The sections 42 and 43 can be made of the same materials as the sections 23 and 24 of the retaining lip 22 of the carrier profile 10. The leg 41 has e.g. B. an incline of 20 ° -60 °, in particular of 60 °, to the surface 13 of the base part 14 of the carrier profile 10. Two sections 44, 45 are arranged at a distance from one another on section 43. The distance here is so large that the side wall 21 can protrude between the two extensions 44, 45 and the locking hook 25 of the side wall 21 can come into operative connection with a locking hook 47 formed on the inner leg 44. The outer leg 45 is designed such that it runs parallel to the side wall 21 in the assembled state of the clip strip 40 and the support profile 10 and is at least partially supported on the outer wall of the side wall 21.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es bei dieser erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 11, daß die eigentliche Konstruktion, d. h. derFIG. 4 shows the device 11 in the assembled state and with the surface element 15 inserted. In the area element it can be, for. B. around a disc, e.g. B. act window, doors or partitions, panels and screens. The carrier 34 is to be understood here as a circumferential closed frame, which then z. B. is used in a wall construction. It is particularly advantageous in this device 11 according to the invention that the actual construction, i. H. the
Individual components, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, can be made on site. Here, the carrier 34 is used as a frame mentioned above in a wall. Then the surface element 15 is placed on the top 13 of the bottom part 14 of the carrier profile 10 with its end face. The surface element 15 rests with its edge on the holding lip 22 of the carrier profile 10 and presses the soft section 24 of the holding lip 22 somewhat back. This makes it possible to place the surface element 15 centrally on the base part 14. The size of the surface element 15 is coordinated such that its end faces rest on all base parts of the support profile 10 forming the peripheral frame. The clip strip 40 is then clipped onto the side wall 21 of the carrier profile 10, so that the latching hook 47 the clip strip 40 and the locking hook 25 of the side wall 21 lock into one another. The elastic section 42 of the clip strip 40 lies against the surface element and, as can be seen in FIG. 4, is slightly bent back like the holding lip 22. As a result, the holding lip 22 and the leg 41 fix the surface element 15 through their respective elastic sections 24 and 42, respectively. Due to the elastic sections, it is also easily possible to use surface elements with a different thickness of z. B. 1.5 mm to 8 mm with the same device 11 to fix. In order to ensure simple mounting of the clip strip 40 on the carrier profile 10, the surface 13 of the bottom part 14 must be at least equal to or higher than the upper edge of the side wall 21 and thus higher than or equal to the snap connection formed by the two latching hooks 25 and 47 . The clip bar 40 can be easily placed on the side wall 21.
Die durch das Flächenelement 15 auf die Vorrichtung 11 einwirkenden Kräfte werden über die Seitenwand 21 desThe forces acting on the device 11 through the surface element 15 are transmitted via the side wall 21 of the
Support profile 10 or the extension 45 of the clip strip 40 derived on the section 18 or 19 of the support profile. Furthermore, there is also a flow of force from the base part 14 via the legs 31, 32 to the carrier 34.
With simple means such. B. a screwdriver, both the clip strip 40 from the carrier profile 10 and the carrier profile 10 can be removed from the carrier 34 by simply loosening the respective ras connections. As a result, a damaged pane can be replaced in a simple manner without damage to the wall in which the carrier is installed.
5 shows a modification of the latching connection between the support profile and the clip strip. in the In contrast to the previous exemplary embodiment of the clip strip according to FIG. 3, the latching hook 47a on the extension 44a is not arranged on the side facing the other extension 45a, but on the side facing away. This results in a two-part design of the side wall of the carrier profile 10a. For this purpose, the carrier profile 10a has an outer extension 50 which projects between the two extensions 44a and 45a of the clip strip 40a and on which the extension 45a is at least partially supported. Furthermore, a second extension 51 is present on the carrier profile 10, which extends parallel to the first extension 50 and is at a distance from the latter. Furthermore, the second shoulder 51 has a latching hook 52 on the side facing the first extension 50, so that the extension 44a of the clip strip 40a projects between the two extensions 51, 50 of the carrier profile and the two latching hooks 47a and 52 lock into one another. The remaining structure of both the clip strip and the support profile corresponds to the construction shown in Figures 1 to 4.
