Abstract

It is a device formed by two parts: a part 'A' has the function of cooling of the waste gas, parting and keeping the particles solids; a part 'B' contains a multilayer-filter that depurates the gas that arrives further on and ejects the air 'depurated' through the final drain. The silencer (1) is primed on a first connection (2) of a serpentine shape to which is united a connection (3). Gases go out from the silencer and are convoyed into the serpentine where is installed an inspection tail pipe (19) to take the temperature of the cooled gas and its poisonousness. From the serpentine, the gases are transferred into the element (4) and diluted into the container 'A' that contains water (9) and some filter material (7) lodged on a pierced metallic net (8). The gases, once they undergo to a first cooling and filtering, are channelled into the element (5) and are transferred into the container 'B' where is installed a pierced element (17): here the gases are spread all over the surface of the container 'B' where there is a pierced metallic net (18) that hosts the filter material. The gases, once undergone to a further cooling and filtering are convoyed into the element (15) and are expelled into the atmosphere. In the cover of the part 'A' is installed a meter (6) that measures the quantity of water of the part. There is also a valve of inspection (10) to measure the cooling and the poisonousness of the gases. In the cover of the part 'B' is installed a meter (20) that measures the temperature and the poisonousness of the gases and an inspection window (14). This one allows to determine the temperature and the poisonousness of the gases both in the way in and way out and as a consequence the pollution kept. The part 'A' and the part 'B' covers are airtight seal.

Description

COOLING, PURIFYING AND SILENCING DEVICE FOR EXHAUST GAS
It's an ecological device whose function is to suck, cool, purify the toxic particles of waste gases emitted by the internal combustion engines and to reduce the acoustical and atmospherical pollution.
Such device can be installed inside or outside of the vehical by a connector that links the terminal waste of the silencer or the wastepipe. It can also be installed on any other kind of internal combustion engine and on fixed places as well whose premises are used as a garage, car-repairs and so on.
There are 3 phases through which such a process is performed: phase 1) coil pipeline sucks and lets in the emission of waste into a forced circuit where they undergo to a first cooling; then the burnts are transferred into a waste tank containing materials apt to a further cooling and to a first filtration. Such a process also reduces the acoustic emission; phase 2) the emission treated in this way are transferred into an another tank further cooled and suitably filtered again to eliminate other residual particles; phase 3) a third pipeline transfers the gases partially purified into the area of the air- strained of the vehicle: mixing it into the ambientai air, the gassy mass is in part sucked by the engine to be recicied and in part scattered under the bottom of the vehicle.
In case these 3 phases are repeated or the modulate composition is increased, they would produce an excellent purification of the emissions.
STATE OF THE ART
Actually doesn't exist a patent pending relating devices and/or equipments to alternate acustic noise, pollution and toxic gases produced by internal combustion engines, not requiring specific procedures for use and waste and/or dangerous for environmental sistems due to use of materials strongly reactive, expensive, hurtful.

Claims

1) The filtration system brings down dangerous and/or toxic gases, particulate matter and levels of acistic noise generated and/or emitted by internal combustion engines.
2) The filtration sistem holds organic black pigment usable in the constitutio- nal formula of point and/or pigment by suitable treatment c emical-fisical and thermic.
3) The pollution holded are inertised with suitable treatments chemical-fisical and thermic awoiding storage of toxic matters.
4) The component parts of this system does not necessitate particular sits for storage and/or prevention being materials of low environmental impact.
The system described does not necessitate of particular chemical-fisical conditions, i.e: temperature, waiting time, etc. for the corrected performance.
5) The recovery of the component parts of the described system is completely feasible by simple treatments of washing, of inertization and thermic.
6) The gases outgoing from the system are cleaned, without particulate matter and of low temperature.
7) The gases outgoing from the system, loosing less heat, contribute to lowering the greenhouse effect and the ozone-hole in the atmosphere.
