Abstract

Procédé permettant à un sujet humain d'atteindre un état de relaxation profonde, et incorporant trois techniques synergiques entre elles, à savoir l'acupuncture, le Qigong chinois traditionnel, et la musique (4, 5). Ce procédé consiste à activer à l'aide d'impulsions électriques des points d'acupuncture déterminés (7, 9), pendant que le sujet respire profondément et soumet son abdomen à une compression profonde tout en écoutant une musique appropriée.
