Abstract

The invention discloses a device for performing physical exercises of a maximum amplitude using an original technique. It is embodied in a rectangular working table with a top surface area (length: 1.80 m, width: 0.70 m) with on one wide side a flexible transversal leg allowing an angle of inclination of 12 to 20 degrees with the said table, and on the other wide side a fixed transversal leg, each leg not exceeding 0.5 m in height. The device is useful for people wishing to better apprehend, know, and maintain their psycho-physical condition by means of a simple, gentle and gradual method of physical training.
