Abstract

Der Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, daß Tondaten in einer Art und Weise aufgezeichnet werden müssen, die sicherstellt, daß die Daten tatsächlich Abbild einer akustischen Signalfolge (zum Beispiel einer Rede) sind, das heißt nicht in irgendeiner Form manipuliert oder synthetisch erzeugt worden sind. Zum Erreichen einer authentischen Tonaufzeichnung muß der gesamte Prozeß von den akustischen Signalen bis hin zu den aufgezeichneten digitalen Daten nachvollziehbar, unwiderrufbar und beweisbar gestaltet werden. Dies wird gemäß dem beschriebenen Verfahren dadurch erreicht, daß die Prozesse der Umwandlung der akustischen Signalfolge in analoge elektrische Signale, der Umwandlung der analogen elektrischen Signale in digitale elektrische Signale und der Berechnung einer digitalen Signatur über die digitalen Daten in einer Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1 miteinander so gekoppelt werden, daß eine Trennung dieser Prozesse nicht ohne nachträglich erkennbare Manipulationen an der Vorrichtung möglich ist. Gemäß dem Verfahren wird über die digitalisierten Tondaten vor der Aufnahme eine digitale Signatur berechnet, die zusammen mit den digitalen Tondaten auf einen Tonträger gespeichert wird. Der Prozeß der Umwandlung der akustischen Signale in digitale elektrische Signale und der Prozeß der Berechnung der digitalen Signatur über die digitalen Tondaten in einer Vorrichtung (1) ist derart realisiert, daß die Prozesse nur mit nachträglich feststellbarer Manipulation der Vorrichtung voneinander getrennt werden können. Durch die Signatur werden auch die Reihenfolge und Vollständigkeit aller akustischer Informationen fälschungssicher protokolliert.
