Description

ELECTRIC VAPORIZER FOR VAPORIZING RESINS IN VEHICLE CABINS Technical Field
The present invention relates to an electric vaporizer for vaporizing resins, adapted to be used in a vehicle. Background Art
The therapeutic functions of resinous products such as incense, propolis and myrrh, particularly if taken in vapor form, are known.
Their function is particularly effective in small spaces, such as for example a vehicle cabin. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
A principal aim of the present invention is to provide an electric vaporizer capable of vaporizing resinous products inside a vehicle.
Within the scope of this aim, an object of the present invention is to provide an electric vaporizer which can be installed in the vehicle without any modification to existing structures. Another object of the present invention is to provide an electric vaporizer which operates by means of the electric current of the same vehicle.
A further object of the present invention is to provide an electric vaporizer for vaporizing resins in vehicle cabins which is particularly simple and inexpensive, as well as functional and effective.
This aim, these objects and others which will become apparent hereinafter are achieved by an electric vaporizer for vaporizing resins in a vehicle cabin, characterized in that it comprises an electrically heated hollow metal body adapted to receive an ampoule which contains the resin to be vaporized, means for fixing to the vehicle structure and electric power supply means being provided. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Further characteristics and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of two preferred embodiments thereof, illustrated only by way of non-limitative example in the accompanying drawings, wherein: figure 1 is a sectional view of the structure of a first embodiment of an electric vaporizer according to the present invention; figure 2 is a general view of the electric vaporizer of
figure 1; figure 3 is a partially sectional view of a second embodiment of the electric vaporizer of figures 1 and 2. WAYS OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION With reference to the above figures, the electric vaporizer according to the present invention is composed of a hollow metal body 1, provided at a lower part thereof with an electric resistor 2 powered by means of a cable 3 which conveniently ends with an electrical plug 11 adapted to fit in the cigarette-lighter socket of the vehicle, wherefrom it can thus tap electric power.
The structure is completed by a containment body 4, with which an elastic clamp 5 is associated, the clamp ending with an adhesive or magnetic plate 6 which can be fixed to the structure 7 of an internal part of a vehicle cabin.
Fixing to the vehicle structure is provided so that the hollow body 1, which is internally cylindrical, has a /01896
- 3 - substantially vertical axis.
An ampoule 8 containing a resin 9 to be vaporized is placed inside said hollow body 1, so that vapors 10 exit from an upper part of the containment body 4 during heating. The containment body 4 is provided, in a downward region, with ventilation openings 12 and, in an upward region, with a perforated protective cap 13 which can be removed to access the heating body 1.
It is also convenient for the resistor 2 to be provided with an adjusted thermocouple, not shown, which allows to keep the temperature of the hollow body 1 constant at a value chosen according to the type of resin to be vaporized.
In a second embodiment, the hollow body, now designated by the reference numeral 101 in figure 3, is provided in a downward region with an angular joint 102, whereto an arm
103 is associated, the arm ending directly with a plug 104 adapted to be directly inserted in the cigarette-lighter socket of the vehicle.
The joint 102 allows to arrange the hollow body 101 vertically; an ampoule 105 containing the resin to be vaporized is positioned in the hollow body 101 for the purposes already explained above.
If resins such as incense, propolis, myrrh or mixtures thereof are used, the temperature is conveniently kept between 90° and 130°.
It is evident, from what has been described and illustrated, that the intended aim and all the objects have been achieved, and that in particular a very simple electric vaporizer has been provided which can be installed in the cabin of a vehicle without any particular problem in terms of assembly or electric power supply.
The illustrated configuration and structure are of course provided only by way of example, whilst they can assume the most disparate shapes and also use the most appropriate materials.
