Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de détecter l'effet de substances test dans des systèmes de culture cellulaire et des substances à l'aide de produits de recombinaison du gène rapporteur du gène urokinase de faible poids moléculaire issu de la poule et de lignées cellulaires recombinées transfectées. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation dudit procédé pour analyser des composés et déterminer des récepteurs.
