Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rohren, insbesondere Großrohren nach dem UOE-Verfahren, bei dem die Rohre nach dem Innen- und Außennahtschweißen durch Kaltaufweiten (Expandieren) schrittweise bis zur halben Rohrlänge kalibriert werden. Dabei wird das Kaltaufweiten (Expandieren) auch zum Richten genutzt. Dazu wird in einem möglichst geringen Abstand vor dem Expanderkopf (2) das Rohr (1) geklemmt und das freie Rohrende (9) elastisch verspannt und anschließend wird in bekannter Weise das Rohr (1) kalt aufgeweitet, wobei die Vorspannkraft von selbst geringer wird und danach nach Lösen der Klemmung und der verbleibenden Vorspannung ein schrittweises Verschieben des Rohres (1) um den Betrag der Expanderschrittweite bis zur halben Rohrlänge erfolgt und für die zweite Rohrhälfte das Verfahren wiederholt wird. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.
