Definitions
- the present invention relates to a switch device having a built-in mechanical contact switch, and more particularly, a spring-operated switch operating portion is integrally formed in a case covering the mechanical contact switch, and the operating force of the switch operating knob is transmitted to the mechanical device via the switch operating portion.
- the present invention relates to a switch device which is adapted to act indirectly on an evening switch. Background art
- the mechanical contact switch 1 shown in FIG. 5 is configured to press the contact 2 of the elastic panel with the operation button 3 and invert it to electrically connect the terminals A and B via the contact 2,
- the structure is such that the connection is released by reverse inversion.
- Many proposals have been made for a mechanism for operating the mechanical contact switch, and a switch device incorporating the mechanical contact switch 1 has been put to practical use.
- a mechanical contact switch 1 is mounted on a PCB substrate 4, and a case 5 is fixed so as to cover the mechanical contact switch.
- a guide part 7 for guiding the knob 6 in the operation direction (arrow) is formed in the case 5, and a knob locking projection 8 is provided on a side surface of the guide part 7.
- the knob 6 has an inner surface guided by the guide part 7 of the case, and a long hole 9 extending in the knob operating direction is provided on a side of the knob forming the inner surface.
- the knob locking projection 8 of the case is inserted into the elongated hole 9, and the knob 6 is locked to the case 5 so as to be movable only in the operation direction.
- a switch operating section for operating a mechanical contact switch is provided inside the knob 6 by integral molding, and a knob is provided between the knob 6 and the PCB substrate 4.
- a spring 11 for biasing 6 in the counter-operation direction is provided.
- the tip of the switch operation unit 10 is opposed to the operation button 3 of the mechanical evening switch.
- the switch device having such a structure, when the knob 6 is pressed in the direction of the arrow, the switch is directly pressed by the tip of the switch operation unit 10, that is, the operation force of the knob directly acts on the operation button 3 of the mechanical tact switch. Excessive operating force (overload) is likely to be applied. When such an overload is applied, the contact may be permanently deformed, or the clicking feeling may be lost.
- a part of the knob 6 protrudes from the case 5, and the step of the knob keeps the case 5 from coming off.
- a spring 11 is provided, and the spring 11 keeps the knob above the step from the case.
- the knob in the case is integrally provided with a switch operating portion 12 extending outward. When the switch operating portion 12 is provided outside the knob 6 as described above, a large space is required.
- the switch device shown in FIG. 4 is obtained by replacing the switch operating part in FIG. 2 with a spring 13 .In such a structure, the spring 13 must be added, and the spring 13 is further added. An additional process for incorporation also adds cost.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a switch device which can reduce a load applied to a mechanical tactile switch in a limited space without adding components. Disclosure of the invention
- the present invention according to claim 1 provides a mechanical contact switch disposed on a substrate, a case covering the mechanical contact switch, and a mechanical switch provided on the case.
- the switch operating section is displaced in the operation direction, and the mechanical tact switch is operated.
- the mechanical operating switch does not receive the operating force of the knob directly, and is operated indirectly via the switch operating portion.
- the switch operating part absorbs it, preventing the mechanical contact switch from being overloaded and preventing the occurrence of problems such as deformation of the contact and loss of click feeling.
- the switch operating part is integrally molded when the case is manufactured, it is not necessary to add a new process to make the switch operating part, and since the switch operating part is located inside the case, the switch device does not become large and space is limited. Is also advantageous. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
- FIG. 1 is a sectional view of an embodiment of the switch device according to the present invention.
- Figure 2 A cross-sectional view of a conventional switch device with a built-in mechanical contact switch.
- FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of another conventional switch device.
- Figure 4 Sectional view of another conventional switch device.
- FIG. 1 shows the configuration of the present embodiment. Since the present embodiment has the basic configuration of the switch device in FIG. A, the members having the same functions are given the same reference numerals here,
- a switch operating means for pressing the operation button 3 of the mechanical switch 1 a panel-like switch operating section 20 linked to the operation button 3 is provided integrally with the case 5. The operation force of the knob 6 is applied to 0 to indirectly press the operation button 3.
- an L-shaped switch operating portion 20 extending toward the PCB substrate 4 side with respect to the wall forming the guide portion 7 of the knob 6, and further extending toward the center of the case. . Since the case 5 is made of a resin material, the switch operating portion 20 is formed as a resin spring. Inside the knob 6, a switch operating section 10 for operating the switch operating section 20 is provided. Regarding the position where the switch operation unit i 0 acts on the switch operation unit 20, in the example shown in the figure, the operation button 3 of the mechanical tact switch is arranged so as to be linked in the middle part of the switch operation unit 20, and the switch operation is performed. The part 10 is associated so as to push the tip side of the switch operating part 20.
- the operation button 3 of the mechanical evening switch may be linked to the distal end side of the switch operation unit 20 and the switch operation unit 10 may be configured to press the middle part of the switch operation unit 20.
- the switch operating section i 0 pushes the switch operating section 20 toward the board, and the switch operating section 20 is elastically deformed in the direction of the board in accordance with the amount of operation displacement of the knob at this time.
- the operation button 3 of the mechanical contact switch is pressed by the bending of the switch operation unit 20 due to the elastic deformation, and the switch state is switched from, for example, ⁇ N to OFF.
- the shape of the switch operating portion is not limited to the shape formed from the case described in the above embodiment into an L shape.
- the knob may be extended from the case shoulder for forming the guide portion of the knob, that is, from the boundary portion with the guide portion toward the center of the case.
