While the amount of the metal ion capturing agent in the present invention varies depending upon the water hardness, the surfactant concentration in the washing liquid remains substantially the same, and the standard amount of dosage becomes smaller than the that of conventional detergents.

  • the reaction system was heated up to a temperature of 50°C and stirred at 50°C for 30 minutes. Subsequently, an excess alkali was neutralized by adjusting a pH of the reaction system to a pH of 9.0 by blowing C0 2 gas thereinto.
  • the obtained neutralized slurry was filtered under a reduced pressure using a filter paper (No. 5C, manufactured by Toyo Roshi Kaisha, Ltd.). The filtered cake was rinsed with water in an amount of 1000-folds, and the rinsed cake was filtered and dried under the conditions of 105°C, 300 Torr, and 10 hours. The residual portion was dried under the same conditions as the above without giving any further rinsing treatments.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un détergent en poudre pour le nettoyage de vêtements présentant une masse volumique apparente de 0,50 g/mL ou plus, comprenant 5 % ou plus en poids d'un silicate cristallin de sodium de la formule générale (1): Na2 . xSiO2 . yH2O dans laquelle x et y représentent chacun un nombre molaire, x étant compris entre 1,5 et 2,2 et y entre 0 et 5. Le silicate cristallin de sodium dont les particules ont une taille moyenne comprise entre 1 et 100 νm comporte des phases cristallines de types δ et α ou des phases cristallines de types δ et α, et au moins de type de phase β et NS. Le rapport pondéral entre les phases α, β et δ satisfait aux relations suivantes: 0,05 ≤ α/(α + β + δ) ≤ 0,20; 0 ≤ β/(α + β + δ) ≤ 0,12; 0,78 ≤ δ/(α + β + δ) ≤ 0,95.
