Abstract

Machine servant à fabriquer des comprimés à partir d'un matériau en granulés ou en poudre et comprenant une tête revolver (1), une plaque annulaire (5) pourvue de trous de matrice (2), ainsi que des paires de poinçons (20, 30) pénétrant dans les trous de matrice afin de constituer des comprimés, quand les têtes inférieure et supérieure (21, 31) de ces poinçons (20, 30) s'approchent l'une de l'autre selon des séquences prédéterminées. Chaque poinçon inférieur (20) possède un joint annulaire (10) situé dans la région de la tête (21) et quand ce poinçon (20) monte, le joint vient en butée contre la plaque annulaire (5), de manière à rendre étanche la région de contact entre le poinçon inférieur (20) et le trou de matrice correspondant (2). Ce joint annulaire (10) permet de créer une dépression à l'intérieur d'une chambre de compression (7) formée dans le trou de matrice correspondant (2), de manière à faciliter l'introduction d'une partie du matériau devant y être comprimé.
