Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine des outils à percussion et concerne notamment des structures d'outils et de colonnes de forage. Ce marteau pneumatique immergé comprend un corps dans lequel se trouve un piston-percuteur, ainsi qu'un trépan comportant une tige étagée. La surface externe de l'étage de moindre diamètre comporte des gorges longitudinales et transversales destinées à des éléments de verrouillage, tandis que la surface externe de l'étage de grand diamètre comporte des gorges longitudinales complémentaires et un raccord en deux parties comportant une ouverture centrale. Les éléments de verrouillage et les éléments de transmission de moment rotatif peuvent, par exemple, se présenter sous forme de rouleaux. La partie du raccord possédant le plus grand diamètre est reliée à l'étage de grand diamètre et possède, sur sa surface interne, des gorges non traversantes dans lesquelles viennent se loger les rouleaux cylindriques. Ce dispositif permet de réduire l'usure et de prévenir la rupture du raccord et du trépan, ceci grâce à un allégement des charges mécaniques qui s'exercent lors du fonctionnement du marteau pneumatique immergé.
