Abstract

L'invention porte sur des dosages ainsi que sur des anticorps permettant de détecter des enzymes créatines kinases (CK). Il est possible de déceler la présence d'une iso-enzyme CK complète à l'aide d'un anticorps spécifique d'un épitope dans la région conservée des sous-unités M et B d'iso-enzymes CK ainsi que de la CK mitochondriale. Il est possible d'établir le rapport de l'iso-enzyme CK-MB à l'iso-enzyme CK complète en utilisant un dispositif de dosage en phase solide pourvu d'une première et d'une seconde zone de réaction. Un anticorps spécifique des iso-enzymes CK dans leur totalité est présent dans la première zone de réaction alors qu'un anticorps spécifique de l'iso-enzyme CK-MB se trouve dans la seconde. Il est alors possible de faire réagir un échantillon de plasma ou de sérum provenant d'un seul patient avec la phase solide pour déterminer simultanément les quantités relatives d'iso-enzyme CK.
