- the object is, such as already explained, to realise an important weight saving of the profiles without reducing their inertia.
- the composed profiles according to figures 1 to 3 are generated by cutting strips 3 (figures 1 and 2) or 4 (figure 3) out of the metal band 2, so that the said strips which have the form of flanges stay linked with their base to the metal band 2 whereas they are linked with their hollow support profile 1 with their free extremity, by application of one of the many therefor appropriated techniques.

- the strips 3 can have an enlarged rectangular head 3' whereof the dimensions are adapted to the internal, according to a cross section, considered space of the hanging up profile 1.

- This finishing strip can be made of metal or synthetic material and the manner with which such a finishing strip can be applied does not in fact appertain to the invention.

- the embodiment explained by figure 4 is generated by an undulating connection part to be linked on one hand with the metal band 2 and, on the other hand, with the hollow hanging up profile 1.

- finishing strip 7 can be applied along the wings 6 of the metal band 2.
- connection with the hollow hanging up profile 1 and the metal band 2 of a connection part under the form of an undulating metal thread is easily executable and generates a profile with an extremely light weight and a sufficient inertia.
