The guides 70, 71 , 72 are new, having the external edge of the guide 73 longer than the internal edge 74 with the double purpose of allowing the movement of leaf shutter 57 and also to cover the terminal part of the shutter, thereby avoiding fissures. Furthermore, to impede infiltration of air and light through the space between the same guides and the shutter, there are inserted in the guides of the channels 86 the gasket seals 75, 76 in a flexible material.
I'p/down movement mechanism 77 (fig 61 ).
The up/down movement mechanism 77 consists of a tubular profile section 78 provided with arms 79 with angled hook studs that are inserted into the bush of the plate with cover and attached to slat 62 In profile section 78 there is inserted another profile section 80 that, at the bottom, rests on the threshold whilst at the top is hooked to a support under the architrave allowing the precise running whether horizontal or vertical of the up/down movement mechanism 77. The lock 32 blocks or releases the movement. Mobile anti-smash mechanism 81 applicable to all shutters (fig 62). The mechanism 81 consists of a robust profile section steel cable of the same height as that of the opening, supplied internally with a movement lock 82 that releases simultaneously , top and bottom, two studs that enter the predisposed holes in the threshold and the architrave. The mechanism 81 can be Fitted freely or to run on a trackrail inserted into the upper hole 85 and is connected to internal wall of the shutter, increasing the
RECTIFIED SHEET (RULE 91 ) 1 resistance One or more mechanisms can be fitted, in relation to the width of the hole The function can also be automated Function.
The folding away or extension of the shutter is activated by the manual or motoπsed 5 action of two pulley s, connected on an axis inside the box underneath the architrave or soffit that roll up or unroll the two steel cables 85 fixed to the necks of the studs 28 that are in turn screwed to joints 27 inside profile section 48 This movement can only be activated after the suitable command frees the studs 28 from the chain rods 37 inside the guides 70, 71 , 72 10 Processing.
In relation to the surface of the aperture and the level of defence deemed necessary, the various profile sections for the manufacturing of the shutter are prefabricated Ihe attached designs (fig I , 2, 26, 34, 35) represent the assembly of various components that effect the closure and favouring the vision from inside towards the outside as 1 5 preferred in habitations and offices Roller shutter (fig. 2, 3).
Tor each of the profile section models 1, 20, the level of armour deemed necessary for the shutter is prefabricated with armoured connection profile sections 16 Joints 27 are fixed by machine punching into the ends of tubes 35 above the lugs of joint 27, after the -20 insertion of the rod in cut-proof steel into the tubes 35 Assembled like that, the armoured bar } is inserted inside profile section 16 \ ersion with opening shutter slats, profile section 1 (fig. 2).
