Abstract

Dispositif constitué d'une structure fixe, c'est-à-dire qui ne tourne pas sous l'action du vent, composée de modules aptes à être assemblés autour de l'axe du rotor éolien, chaque module étant constitué de plusieurs diaphragmes (1) disposés de manière radiale de sorte que l'ensemble de la masse gazeuse correspondant au stéradian (4) déterminé par la surface d'entrée externe se dirige sur les aubes (3) du rotor central en suivant une direction inclinée dans le sens de rotation de la turbine, et ce sans incidence sur la partie négative.
