Description

STÄNDER FÜR EINE STEINBEARBEITUNGSMASCHINE, INSBE¬ SONDERE EINE KERNBOHRMASCHINE STAND FOR A STONE WORKING MACHINE, IN PARTICULAR A CORE DRILLING MACHINE
The invention relates to a stand for a stone working machine, in particular a core drilling machine, with a mounting rail and a slide which is guided on this in a height-adjustable manner with a tool holder, to which a drive unit and a tool connected to the latter, the axis of rotation of which runs parallel to the mounting rail, can be fastened and the feed movement takes place by adjusting the tool holder along the support rail.
In the case of a generic core drilling machine according to the patent specification EP-B 10321 395, the mounting rail stands vertically or at a certain angle to the vertical on the floor or the like. A height-adjustable holding element is arranged on this mounting rail, to which a drive unit designed as an electric motor is attached. A core or hollow drill (hollow milling cutter) can then be flanged to the drive shaft of this electric motor coaxially via a coupling device. By means of the feed movement usually produced by hand using a lever, this holding element and with it the core drill set in rotation by the electric motor are pushed forward along its axis of rotation and causes a cutout of a cylindrical hole in a concrete or stone floor or the like. The disadvantage here is that when the core drill is replaced or extended, the entire mounting rail must be raised so that the old core drill can be uncoupled and a new one can be used.
In contrast, the object of the present invention is to provide a stand for a stone processing machine of the type described in the introduction, by means of which a rapid extension or a change of the tool which can be coupled to it is made possible, and this stand nevertheless provides a very stable holding of the same attachable tool offers.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the tool holder is held on the slide via a pivoting device, the tool holder being pivotable away from the slide and / or removable from the slide by means of this pivoting device, but in the processing position of this tool can be fixed to the mounting rail by means of the pivoting device is.
In a very advantageous solution, the pivoting device has two axes which run parallel to the mounting rail and are arranged next to one another in the slide and which can be brought into or out of engagement individually or together with the tool holder.
With this design of the stand according to the invention, there is a considerable simplification of the usability and manipulation of the tool, in particular one, which is rotatably mounted thereon Core drill. In this way, the tool can be extended without having to detach the stand from it and set it aside, which also ensures that the extended tool can be attached to the stand again in the same position as the previous one used.
Es zeigt:Exemplary embodiments of the invention and further advantages thereof are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. It shows:
Fig.1 eine Seitenansicht eines erfindungsgemässen Ständers, Fig.2 eine Draufsicht auf den Ständer gemäss der Fig.1 , Fig.3 einen vergrösserten Längsschnitt durch die Schwenkeinrich¬ tung der Werkzeughalterung gemäss der Fig.1 und Fig.4 eine Vorderansicht einer Ausführungsvariante eines erfin¬ dungsgemässen Ständers.1 shows a side view of a stand according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a top view of the stand according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows an enlarged longitudinal section through the pivoting device of the tool holder according to FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 shows a front view of an embodiment variant of a Stand according to the invention.
Fig. L shows a stand 10 for a stone processing machine, which is designed in the present embodiment as a so-called universal core drilling machine. This stand 10 consists essentially of a slide 20, a support rail 12 guiding it, a support leg 15 holding the latter via a joint 14, and two support elements 17 which are articulated at the upper end to a guide cam 27 which can be clamped to the support rail 12 and are held in an articulated manner on the rear side of the support foot 15 at the lower end. A tool holder 25 is attached to the slide 20, which is adjustable in height on the mounting rail 12, to which a drive unit 19, for example a drill motor, is fastened by means of a clamping device 25 '. This drive unit 19 has at the bottom a motor shaft 26, to which a tool 1 8, shown as a core drill, is coupled via a coupling 21, as described in detail for example in the patent specification EP-Bl 0 321 395. The axis of rotation 18 'of the latter runs parallel to the support rail 12 and the feed movement of the tool 18 takes place by adjusting the tool holder 25 along the support rail 12 from the stand 10. The tool is closed For this purpose, it is rotated by the drive unit 19 at a corresponding speed and, by means of a feed in the axial direction of the core drill, this produces an annular cutout in the concrete floor or the like which forms the support surface 11.
According to the invention, the tool holder 25 is held on the slide 20 via a swivel device 30, the swivel device 30 being able to swivel the tool holder 25 transversely to the tool axis of rotation 18 'and / or to remove it from the slide 20, but in the machining position of this tool 18 can be fixed to the mounting rail 12 by means of the swivel device 30.
The slide 20 is advantageously self-locking in rails 13 formed by the support rail 12 and is moved along this support rail 12 by a manually operable feed device. From this feed device, only an axis of rotation 21 that can be moved via a lever or the like can be seen, which is rotationally connected to a pinion which engages with a toothed rack 16 arranged on the front side of the mounting rail 12 and, when it rotates, a height adjustment of the slide 20 causes.
The support rail 12 can, moreover, be pivoted about the joint 14 provided on the support leg 15, for example into a position P12, as a result of which the direction of the tool feed movement with respect to the contact surface 11 of the support leg 15 by between 90 ° - as shown - and approximately 15 ° definable angle is adjustable. This can be used, for example, to mill an oblique hole in a concrete floor with a diameter corresponding to the outside diameter of the core drill. The support foot 15 is also provided with leveling screws 15 ', with which the mounting rail 12 and consequently the drilling direction of the core drill relative to the contact surface 11 can be precisely adjusted. According to FIG. 2, the cross section of the slide 20 is U-shaped and it has two guide pins 23 on each side, which engage in the rails 13 opposite one another on the mounting rail 12 and at least vertically on one side of the rail to the mounting rail 12 are adjustable. With this adjustability of these guide bolts 23, the force to be moved for moving the carriage 20 can be determined as desired. This setting is advantageously selected such that the slide is guided on this mounting rail in a self-locking manner when the drive unit is not mounted.
The swiveling device 30 has two axes 32, which run parallel to the mounting rail 12 and are arranged next to one another in the slide 20. which can be brought into or out of engagement individually or together with the tool holder. These axes 32 arranged on the side of the tool holder 25 enable this tool holder 25 to be pivoted away from the machining position P1 on both sides by an angle of approximately 180 ° into a position P2 or P3 which releases the tool, consequently the indicated tool 18 , which is located, for example, in a bore, can be lifted unhindered vertically upwards without the stand having to be carried away. The tool holder can optionally be swung out to one side or the other and the swivel plane is perpendicular to the axis of rotation 18 ′ of the tool 18.
This top view also shows the two support elements 17, which are held on the one hand on the support foot 15 and on the other hand on the guide cam 27. The guide cam 27 is also vertically adjustable in guides of the mounting rail 12 and by means of a screw 28 extending through this guide cam 27 can be clamped in a certain position.
The axis 32 of the swivel device 30, which is shown in detail in FIG. 3, has two axis parts 33, 34 arranged coaxially to one another in the slide 20, which on the mutually facing th end each have an opposing external thread 33 ', 34', which are held displaceably in a nut 35 rotatably guided in the slide 20 and in each case fit into a bore 36, 37 of the tool holder 25 encompassing the slide 20 or from this bore 36, 37 can be pushed out, the latter being slightly conical and thus the axle parts 33, 34 are held therein in a form-fitting manner. With the exception of the threads, these axle parts 33, 34 are of identical design and are held axially adjustable in the carriage 20 in a symmetrical arrangement with the nut 35. In addition, they are arranged in a respective guide part 39 in such a way that they cannot rotate, and they are also assigned bores 41 for the purpose of lubricating their guide surfaces.
In the position shown, the axis 32 is disengaged and the tool holder 25 thus loosened can consequently be pivoted about the other axis 32, not shown, if this is in engagement. These axes 32 can therefore alternatively be used as the pivot axis of the tool holder 25. When loosening both axes, the tool holder 25 can be removed from the slide 20 and thus from the mounting rail 12 as a whole. The nut 35 is accessible from the outside and can be turned by hand in one direction or the other.
According to FIG. 4, for example, when a horizontal bore is made in a wall or the like, an additional mounting rail 40 fastened to the mounting rail 12, which is arranged vertically in the present case, is provided thereon by means of a clamp 42. On this support rail 40, which is advantageously of the same cross-section as the support rail 12, the slide 20 is in turn guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner and the tool holder 25 is fastened to the latter via a swivel device 30. According to the invention, the tool holder 25 can be pivoted transversely to the axis of rotation of the horizontally oriented tool by means of this pivot device 30, which has been described in detail above. The clamp 42 has a base part 43, which is guided in a height-adjustable manner on the mounting rail 12 and fixed thereon in any position can. By means of this clamp 42, the support rail 40 can thus be arranged as shown in a horizontal position or in an inclined position up to a vertical position. On the base part 43, a clamping piece 44 is rotatably held with an axis of rotation extending perpendicular to the mounting rail 12, provided that the base part 43 is detached from the mounting rail, but in the fixed position caused by screws 45, the clamping piece 44 is also against rotation secured. The latter has a guide track 47, in which the mounting rail 40 is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner and can be fixed by means of a clamping jaw 48 and a screw 46.
The stand and in particular also the swivel device could of course be realized in a different construction. With the illustrated embodiment, however, the present invention is sufficiently demonstrated.
