Abstract

L'invention concerne l'analyse élémentaire et de phases qualitatives et quantitatives de solides, le traitement de minerai minéral ainsi que l'industrie chimique et d'autres industries utilisant des techniques de dissolution. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne des dispositifs pouvant être utilisés dans la charactérisation de la cinétique de dissolution ainsi que de la composition chimique de solides complexes tels que, par exemple, pendant le développement et l'exploitation de technologies nécessaires à l'extraction de constituants utiles de minerais minéraux ou de ceux utilisés dans l'industrie chimique et dans d'autres industries, pour déterminer la stabilité chimique ainsi que la résistance à la corrosion de solides. L'invention est charactérisée par le fait que le réacteur de l'installation proposée comprend: un réacteur de dissolution d'un solide dans un courant de solvant dont la composition peut être ajustée, des conteneurs destinés à des constituants du solvant, un système de pompes ou d'autres dispositifs destinés à créer une alimentation ajustable en constituants précités, un mélangeur destiné à mélanger les constituants du solvant, un système de canalisation ainsi qu'un système de programmation de la composition du solvant, le dessin spécifique de ce système de programmation étant d'assurer, par régulation des débits des courants de constituants, que le solvant s'écoule au débit voulu depuis le mélangeur jusqu'à dans le réacteur et présente la composition voulue.
