Abstract
Le dispositif de l'invention destiné à mélanger des fluides comprend: un orifice vertical (1) relié directement à une chambre de mélange (2), des chambres de distribution (3, 4, 5), des unités de mélange préliminaire et finale (15 et 16) et un orifice de sortie (28). Les chambres de distribution sont configurées coaxialement autour de l'orifice vertical et chaque chambre est divisée en zones d'intercomunication A et B, dont au moins une communique également avec la chambre de mélange (2). La chambre de mélange contient l'ensemble de mélange des constituants comprenant les unités de mélange pléliminaire et final (15 et 16), ces unités sont montées sur un axe unitaire (14) et se présentent, respectivement, sous la forme d'un rotor tournant et d'un stator fixe monté sur le corps de la chambre de mélange. Les constituants à mélanger, lesquels sont répandus uniformément autour des espaces annulaires dans les chambres de distribution, sont dirigés par l'intermédiaire des canaux de décharge (11) jusque dans la chambre de mélange (2) et sur le rotor (18) de l'élément de mélange préliminaire, lequel tourne à une vitesse de n > 3000 tours/min. Le volume total du fluide contenant les constituants subit un mélange intensif se traduisant par un degré élevé d'homogénéité ainsi qu'une haute qualité de mélange final.
