Abstract
Improved clearing device for drains, applicable to sinks and the like, comprising a hollow cylindrical part (1) open at its lower end (2) and to which is externally coupled and pressure fitted a resilient bushing (3) made of rubber or the like which presents at its external and lower portion a stepping (4) with various diameters so that it can be properly adapted to different diameters of drains, the hollow cylindrical part comprising, at its higher closed plane (5) a central hollow neck (6) protruding upwards and wherein is housed the pumping plunger (7) to produce the clearing of the drain; the upper plane of the cylindrical part has a plurality of through holes (12) arranged at equidistant and peripheral positions for the inlet and outlet of water through its upper side.

DESATASCADOR PERFECCIONADO PARA DESAGÜES PERFECT DRAIN PLUNGER
En la presente memoria descriptiva y en los dibujos complementarios que se acompañan, vamos a tratar de referirnos a un nuevo desatascador para desagües , cuyos perfeccionamientos constituyen una evidente novedad dentro del campo de éste tipo de utensilios, y está diseñado para poder desatascar con toda comodidad y seguridad, todo tipo de lavabos, fregaderos y similares, cualquiera que sea el diámetro del desagüe del elemento a desatascar, habiendo sido estudiado su diseño para obtener un desatascador de dimensiones reducidas, pero con una función completamente eficaz, construyéndose preferentemente en material plástico inalterable, permitiendo un fácil manejo sin esfuerzos por parte del usuario, presentando unas características estructurales y consitutivas que difieren notablemente de los distintos desatascadores actualmente existentes, por cuyas razones unidas a sus cualidades de novedad y utilidad práctica, se estima con fundamento suficiente para obtener el privilegio de exclusividad que se solicita, en lo referente a su fabricación y venta por el titular en España, como consecuencia del presente registro.In the present descriptive memory and in the accompanying complementary drawings, we are going to try to refer to a new drain plunger, whose improvements constitute an evident novelty within the field of this type of utensils, and is designed to be able to unclog with complete comfort. and safety, all kinds of washbasins, sinks and the like, whatever the diameter of the drain of the item to be unclogged, its design having been studied to obtain a plunger with reduced dimensions, but with a completely effective function, preferably made of unalterable plastic material , allowing easy handling without effort on the part of the user, presenting structural and constitutive characteristics that differ notably from the different currently existing plungers, for which reasons, together with its qualities of novelty and practical utility, it is estimated with sufficient grounds to obtain the privilege of exclusivity that is requested, in relation to its manufacture and sale by the owner in Spain, as a consequence of this registration.
