Definitions

  • This invention relates to hand held liquid applicators and a method of applying a liquid to plants and/or plant pests by direct application of the liquid by way of contact between a hand held liquid applicator and the plants and/or pests and it will therefore be described in this context.
  • the invention is by no means limited to this particular use and the broader usages should be borne in mind.
  • wick applicators employ direct contact as their transfer method, but are finicky to use as the wick must touch each weed individually, making it difficult to keep track of those treated and the exercise time consuming.
