Abstract

Le vilebrequin selon l'invention est constitué d'un assemblage de trois pièces, une première pièce (1) formant un premier axe (2) et un premier bras (3), une seconde pièce (4) formant un second axe (5) et un second bras (6), une troisième pièce constituant le maneton (7). Les pièces sont assemblées par des vis de serrage axial (24-27), par les extrémités (10, 11) du maneton (7) venant s'insérer dans des trous borgnes (8, 9) des bras (3, 6), et par des ergots de centrage dépassant des faces d'extrémité du maneton (7) et s'insérant dans des trous correspondants des bras (3, 6). Le vilebrequin peut ainsi être réalisé en trois pièces principales distinctes usinées séparément, puis assemblées facilement dans le carter d'un moteur ou d'un compresseur sans centrage. L'invention s'applique aux moteurs à combustion interne, aux compresseurs et pompes équipés de bielles fermées de petit diamètre et de carters monobloc.
