Abstract
Un dispositif conçu pour un brûleur à mazout comprend un tube en céramique (1) à l'intérieur duquel se trouve un tube plus court (1) disposé de façon à créer une fente entre lesdits tubes. Ce dispositif est placé de manière autonome dans la chambre de combustion de la chaudière, coaxialement à un brûleur à mazout (66) monté dans la paroi de la chambre de la chaudière. Les fumées de combustion mélangées à de l'air frais provenant du ventilateur du brûleur à mazout sont aspirées vers l'intérieur de la fente se terminant à l'intérieur du tube en céramique. La flamme du brûleur à mazout dans le tube intérieur (61) réchauffe ledit tube, qui rechauffe à son tour l'air aspiré à travers la fente, qui est un air de combustion secondaire. La fente est pourvue de nervures hélicoïdales imprimant un mouvement de rotation puissant à l'air secondaire, qui est opposé à la rotation de l'air primaire du brûleur. Etant donné que l'air secondaire est chaud et effectue une rotation puissante, la combustion finale est très efficace.
