  • the two axial cams 1 1 are not in contact to one another.
  • One of the cams is fastened on the shaft 8 and the other one on the central member of the movable cross joint 10.
  • the movement is controlled by the thread pitch of the adjustment member 1 2.
  • the lenght of the contact surface between the two axial cams is proportionaly with the axial movement of shaft, consequently, when a longer drive is desired, the member 1 2 will be accordingly unrolled and when the cancelling of the axial movement is desired, the threading of the member 1 2 will be done according to the initial position.

  • a speed-change gear 22 is provided, which can also be a potentiometer that can modify the parameters of the power which supplies the electric motor 1 through the electronic command block 23.
  • the axial cams 1 1 ensure an angle from 0 to 180.
  • the oiling agent penetrates into the contact zone between the two axial cams by the mean of microchannels.
  • the axial cams provide a feature called pitch, similar to the thread pitch, that can be choosen according to the desired aim. There is a lineal contact between the two axial cams 1 1 , so that the surfaces in contact are equally loaded.

Abstract

Outil à main produisant un mouvement de rotation ou de rotation et de translation et permettant de réaliser des perçages ou analogue. L'outil est pourvu d'un moteur électrique (1) placé dans un manche radial (20) et destiné à entraîner une roue dentée entraînée (7) par l'intermédiaire d'un double joint de cardan (4) et d'une roue dentée d'entraînement (6) fixée à un axe central (8) qui porte également un ressort à boudin de compression (13) et un ressort à boudin d'étirage (14) commandant une paire de cames axiales (11) portées respectivement par un joint en croix (10). La longueur de la zone de contact par rapport à la longueur entraînée de l'outil est réglée par un élément de réglage (12) monté mobile le long de l'axe central (8) et muni d'un écrou de réglage (15).
