Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un barbecue fermé qui peut être utilisé pour griller des aliments. L'innovation réside dans le fait que le barbecue est muni d'un couvercle permettant de griller des aliments en atmosphère fermée. L'aliment est ainsi grillé de manière indirecte et ne doit pas être retourné au cours de la cuisson. Le barbecue est également équipé d'un gril ajustable verticalement et d'un bac à charbon permettant de déterminer la position idéale de chaque aliment dans l'appareil.
