Abstract
La structure fibreuse allongée de l'invention, laquelle est destinée essentiellement à l'industrie de filature textile, ainsi que le procédé d'obtention de ladite structure et son dispositif de mise en ÷uvre, élargissent la gamme d'applications de la structure dans le filage à la fois à anneau et sans anneau, ce qui à son tour permet d'harmoniser les machines utilisées dans des procédés de filage. La structure de l'invention comprend des fibres dressées et orientées le long de l'axe de la structure. Les fibres sont regroupées en un faiseau (22) de fibres plat, lequel est torsadé en une hélice cylindrique et recouvert d'une couche d'enroulement (23). Une partie de la couche (23) est enroulée contre le sens de la torsion du faiseau (22) de fibres. Le dispositif de l'invention comprend un logement creux (1) doté d'ouvertures d'entrée et de sortie (2 et 3 respectivement), un conduit de guidage (4), un capuchon conique agencé dans le logement (1) avec un espace (6) entre celui-ci et la paroi, coaxialement avec ledit logement, et capable de tourner axialement, une unité de condensation (8) pouvant tourner autour de l'axe (7) qu'elle partage avec le capuchon (5), une chambre communiquant avec un système de pompe d'aspiration et dont l'espace creux (9) est contigu au côté non actif de l'unité de condensation (8), une zone de décharge (11) ainsi qu'une paire de rouleaux de sortie (14). Le dispositif est doté d'une unité de torsion (15) situé entre la zone de décharge (11) et la paire de rouleaux de sortie (14), ainsi que d'un système de déplacement asymétrique de la fibre à mesure qu'elle est acheminée dans la partie creuse du logement (1). L'unité de condensation (8) se présente sous la forme d'un anneau applati dont le diamètre extérieure est supérieur à celui de la base du capuchon (5), son diamètre intérieur ne dépassant pas ce dernier. L'unité de condensation (8) est montée au niveau de la base du capuchon (5), sa surface de travail étant tournée vers l'ouverture d'admission (2), et son périmètre intérieur venant en aboutement sur la génératrice de la surface du capuchon (5). L'ouverture de sortie (3) est située dans la paroi latérale du logement (1) au niveau de la base de ce dernier, et décalée sur le pourtour du logement par rapport à la partie centrale de la zone de décharge (11) dans le sens de rotation de l'unité de condensation (8).
