Traditionnellemen , ces structures reposent sur le sol par l ' in ermédiaire de plots de diverses natures, les inégalités du terrain étant compensées par des calâges . Cette forme d'appui est instable du fait des variations de charges qu'elle supporte. En effet, en cas de soulèvement de la superstruc ure par des poussées dues au vent, des phénomènes ondulatoires ou vibratiles, ces calages n'étant plus chargés, ceux-ci peuvent se déplacer et, en ce cas, entraîner la ruine de l'édifice. Le dispositif dont la description suit et objet de la présente revendica¬ tion d'invention a pour but de palier à ces inconvénients en liaisonnant intimement la superstructure et le sol sur lequel elle repose, sans mise en place de calages mais par blocage à l'aide d'un ensemble réglable pou¬ vant travailler aussi bien en compression qu'en traction et pouvant, de plus, absorber des forces horizontales • par l'intermédiaire d'un longrinage en béton ou en métal fixé sur le sabot coiffant le massif béton. Les massifs de fondation seront calculés suivant les méthodes tradi ionnel¬ les des règles du Béton armé et de la mécanique des sols au vu des sollici¬ tations auxquelles ils seront soumis. La supers ructure (1 ) repose sur les massifs de fondation (12) par l'inter¬ médiaire d'un vérin à vis (4) solidaire d'une pièce d'appui (2) par une broche (5) , cette pièce d'appui (2) étant solidarisée à l'ossature (1 ) par une clavette (3). Sur ce massif vient se poser un sabot composé d'une plaque d'appui (9) percée de 4 trous dans lesquels passent les tiges des crosses d'ancrage (11 ) afin d'assurer le boulonnage de celle-ci. Cette plaque d'ancrage comporte solidairement un noyau central taraudé (8) autour duquel viennent se greffer les longrines si nécessaire. Le réseau de longrinage peut éven uellemen être relié directement avec les massifs béton.
La reprise de la superstructure (1 ) ainsi que son réglage altimétrique se trouvent réalisés par le vérin à vis (4), le blocage à la position idéale étant assuré par l'ensemble contre écrou et rondelle. Afin de palier à tout acte de malveillance, cet ensemble de réglage se trouve coiffé par un capot de protection verrou i 1 lable par cadenas ou par câble cadenassé. Après démontage de l'ensemble des pièces, l'évidement des massifs sera occulté par une plaque affleurant le niveau du sol fini afin de restituer une aire plane utilisable pour d'autres activités. L'ensemble de cette description se rapporte au croquis d'accompagnement planche 1 /1.
