Abstract
On peut souder un manchon (22) et une douille (20) en induisant un courant dans un élément d'induction (12) inséré dans la région de sondage. La température de l'élément d'induction (12) s'élève jusqu'à ce qu'elle atteigne la tempéature de Curie où elle cesse de monter. L'élément d'induction (12) peut être inséré dans le manchon (22) ou dans la douille (20), ou dans les deux à la fois, ou dans un collier (10) séparé, intercalé entre les deux. Un dispositif de soudage (3) permettant d'induire le courant dans l'élément d'induction peut se présenter sous la forme d'un collier de serrage afin de, simultanément, induire le courant et serrer la douille (20) sur le manchon (22). Un procédé de fabrication d'une douille (20) est utilisé pour l'extrusion et consiste à dilater l'extrémité d'un tuyau et en provoquer le resserrement sur un collier (10) comprenant un élément d'induction (12).
