Abstract

Une mémoire portable avec unité pour la mise en mémoire de données numériques a la forme et les dimensions d'une clé normale de serrure à cylindre. Cette clé, dite clé à données, peut être mise sur un porte-clefs. Des contacts électriques sont de préférence prévus sur le côté large du panneton (7) et servent de port de données. La poignée abrite un circuit intégré, par exemple une EEPROM. L'épaisseur préférée de cette clé à données n'est que de 2 à 3 mm environ.
