Abstract

Procédé et dispositif servant à détecter in vivo la présence d'un analyte chez un individu. Un détecteur comprenant un réactif à fluorescence est mis en communication avec les liquides organiques de l'individu susceptible de contenir l'analyte, de façon qu'il ne puisse pas sortir de l'épiderme de l'individu une fois qu'il est positionné. Le détecteur est conçu pour retenir le réactif à fluorescence tout en permettant à l'analyte de se diffuser vers l'intérieur et vers l'extérieur dudit détecteur. On éclaire le détecteur intradermiquement et on mesure la fluorescence émise par le réactif et associée à la présence de l'analyte.
