Abstract

L'invention a pour objet des compositions cosmétiques capillaires destinées aux traitements contre la chute des cheveux caractérisées par le fait qu'elles comprennent: un hydrolysat enzymatique de kératine de laine de mouton, du sulfate de chondroïtine, un ester cétylique de l'acide pyrrolidine-carboxylique et le thiolaureth-6, le monococoate de glycéryle de 7 polyéthylèneglycol et de l'alcool éthylique.

Description

COMPOSITIONS COSMETIQUES CAPILLAIRES DESTINEES AUX TRAITEMENTS CONTRE LA CHUTE DES CHEVEUX
L'invention a pour objet des compositions cosmé¬ tiques capillaires destinées aux traitements contre la chute des cheveux.
Les produits cosmétiques classiques utilisés dans les traitements capillaires ne répondent que partiellement aux problèmes liés à la chute des cheveux, dans la mesure où ils n'agissent pas simultanément à tous les niveaux de la zone capillaire "malade" que sont : le bulbe du cheveu et son environnement intradermique, la tige du cheveu jusqu'à sa pointe et le cuir chevelu.
Par ailleurs, ils présentent des effets secondaires désagréables tels que des irritations au niveau du cuir chevelu et des yeux.
L'invention a pour but de remédier aux inconvénients de 1'art antérieur et de mettre au point des compositions cosmétiques capillaires, aptes à traiter de façon complète, les zones capillaires présentant des chutes de cheveux, sans provoquer d'effet secondaire.
Les compositions cosmétiques capillaires conformes à l'invention sont caractérisées par le fait qu'elles comprennent :
- un hydrolysat enzymatique de kératine de laine de mouton, - du sulfate de chondroïtine (mucopolysaccharide),
- un ester cétylique de l'acide pyrrolidine-carboxylique,
- le thiolaureth-6,
- le monococoate de glycéryle de 7 polyethylèneglycol et
- de l'alcool éthylique. La kératine est une sclérσprotéine riche en soufre trouvée dans les couches supérieures de 1'epiderme et les phanères (cheveux, poils, ongles ...).
Du fait de la présence de la kératine dans la constitution naturelle des cheveux, il a souvent été proposé d'incorporer ce constituant ou des dérivés de ce constituant dans les produits cosmétiques capillaires, en tant qu'élé- ment nutritif du système capillaire.
Dans le cadre de l'invention, on utilise un hydroly- sat de kératine de laine de mouton sous forme de polypep- tides. Selon une disposition avantageuse, les compositions conformes à l'invention comprennent de 0,5 à 5% en volume d'hydrolysat de kératine de laine de mouton.
Les mucopolysaccharides favorisent la micro¬ circulation vasculaire dans les zones folliculaires en- tourant les bulbes capillaires. Par conséquent, ils favo¬ risent également 1'apport nutritif nécessaire à la stimula¬ tion de la croissance et de la pousse des cheveux, et en particulier, potentialisent l'efficacité de la kératine.
Les mucopolysaccharides mis en oeuvre dans les compositions cosmétiques capillaires conformes à l'invention sont choisis dans le groupe des sulfates de chondroïtine.
Selon une disposition avantageuse, les sulfates de chondroïtine sont mis en oeuvre dans 1'invention sous la forme d'un hétéropolymère constitué de 4- et de 6-sulfate de chondroïtine, sélectionné en raison de son faible poids moléculaire et intervenant comme agent actif fluidifiant et vasodilatateur des vaisseaux sanguins qui irriguent les bulbes des cheveux dans la région superficielle du cuir chevelu. Selon une autre disposition avantageuse, les compositions conformes à l'invention comprennent de 0,05 à 5% en volume d'un hétéropolymère constitué de 4- et de 6-sulfate de chondroïtine.
A titre d'exemple, dans les compositions conformes à l'invention, on peut utiliser l'hétéropolymère de 4- et de 6-sulfate de chondroïtine commercialisé par la société M.J. CHEMIE, 40, rue du Vicaire, 01000 BOURG, France, présentant un rapport 4-sulfate de chondroïtine/6-sulfate de chon¬ droïtine égal à 50/50. Comme indiqué plus haut, les traitements contre la chute des cheveux doivent comprendre le traitement du cuir chevelu dont la santé est étroitement liée à celle des cheveu .
A cet égard, dans les compositions cosmétiques capillaires conformes à l'invention, on utilise un ester cétylique de l'acide pyrrolidine-carboxylique et du thiolaureth-6 (ou thioéther de lauryl 6 polyoxyéthyléné) présentant sur le cuir chevelu, un effet de régulation du flux séborrhéique.
Selon une disposition avantageuse, les compositions conformes à l'invention comprennent de 0,1 à 0,5% en volume d'un ester cétylique de l'acide pyrrolidine-carboxylique et de 0,1 à 0,5% du thiolaureth-6.
Dans les compositions conformes à l'invention, ces deux composés peuvent être utilisés sous la forme d'un mélange présentant un rapport ester cétylique de l'acide pyrrolidine-carboxylique/thiolaureth-6 égal à 50/50. A titre d'exemple, on peut citer le mélange commercialisé par la Société C0SMET0CHEM AG, Riedstrasse 7, CH-6330, CHAM/ZUG.
Un avantage particulier des compositions cosmétiques capillaires conformes à 1'invention réside dans le fait qu'elles comprennent un vecteur de pénétration favorisant leur pénétrabilité au niveau du cuir chevelu et par là- même, leur efficacité.
Dans le cadre de l'invention, en tant que vecteur de pénétration, on utilise du monococoate de glycéryle de 7 polyethylèneglycol.
Selon une disposition avantageuse, les compositions conformes à l'invention comprennent de 0,5 à 3% en volume de monococoate de glycéryle de 7 polyethylèneglycol. A titre d'exemple, on peut citer le monococoate de glycéryle de 7 polyethylèneglycol commercialisé par la société HENKEL KGa A, Henkelstrasse, B.P. 100, 4000 Dusseldorf 1, Allemagne.
Les compositions cosmétiques capillaires conformes à l'invention se présentent sous la forme d'une solution ou d'une suspension contenant de 1'alcool. En effet, l'apport d'alcool éthylique facilite la pénétration de la composition finale dans le système capillaire.
Selon une disposition avantageuse, les compositions conformes à 1'invention comprennent une quantité d'alcool éthylique telle qu'elles titrent 27% en volume d'alcool.

Claims

R E V E N D I C A T I O N S
1. Compositions cosmétiques capillaires destinées aux traitements contre la chute des cheveux caractérisées par le fait qu'elles comprennent : - un hydrolysat enzymatique de kératine de laine de mouton,
- du sulfate de chondroïtine,
- un ester cétylique de l'acide pyrrolidine-carboxylique et le thiolaureth-6,
- le monococoate de glycéryle de 7 polyethylèneglycol et - de l'alcool éthylique.
2. Compositions selon la revendication 1, caracté¬ risées par le fait que le sulfate de chondroïtine est un hétéropolymère constitué de 4- et de 6-sulfate de chon¬ droïtine.
3. Compositions selon la revendication 1, caracté¬ risées par le fait qu'elles comprennent 0,5 à 5% en volume d'hydrolysat de kératine de laine de mouton.
4. Compositions selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisées par le fait qu'elles comprennent de 0,05 à 5% en volume de sulfate de chondroïtine.
5. Compositions selon la revendication 1, caracté¬ risées par le fait qu'elles comprennent de 0,1 à 0,5% en volume d'un ester cétylique de l'acide pyrrolidine- carboxylique.
6. Compositions selon la revendication 1, caracté¬ risées par le fait qu'elles comprennent de 0,1 à 0,5% en volume du thio laureth-6.
7. Compositions selon la revendication 1, caracté¬ risées par le fait qu'elles comprennent de 0,5 à 3% en volume de monococoate de glycéryle de 7 polyethylèneglycol.
8. Compositions selon la revendication 1, caracté¬ risées par le fait qu'elles comprennent une quantité d'alcool éthylique telle qu'elles titrent 27% en volume d'alcool.
