Abstract

Système de régulation de manière appropriée du niveau d'activité naturelle d'une personne en fonction des heures diurnes et nocturnes, de manière à assurer un réveil en douceur et plus naturel. Il comporte une source lumineuse (5) dotée des fils nécessaires et de dispositifs d'accrochage, et une horloge (3) déterminant l'heure à laquelle la source lumineuse doit s'allumer. Les dispositifs tels que les réveille-matin, couramment utilisés pour réveiller les personnes endormies, sont peu agréables. Par contre, ce système comporte un dispositif directionnel, de préférence un dispositif à sortie en tension (4), relié à une horloge et destiné à régler de manière progressive l'intensité de la lumière produite par la source lumineuse (5) lorsqu'elle est adaptée pour produire une lumière dont l'intensité et la longueur d'onde sont réglables.
