Abstract
L'invention a trait à des instruments médicaux. Un dispositif de traitement chirurgical au plasma de tissus biologiques comprend une anode (1), une cathode (2), un support de commutation (11) ainsi qu'une électrode en forme de tige (12) fixée dans le support (11), ainsi qu'une chambre (17) de génération de plasma entre l'extrémité de l'électrode (12) et la face terminale interne d'un canal de sortie (8). Le dispositif, selon l'invention, comprend un manchon cylindrique (3) monté coaxialement dans la structure (4) de l'anode (1) et fixé entre l'anode et la cathode (1, 2) au moyen d'inserts (20, 21) en matière électro-isolante. La cavité (15) du manchon (3) est reliée à la cavité du support cylindrique (11). La distance lK entre l'extrémité de l'électrode (12) et la face terminale interne du canal de sortie (8) est fonction du diamètre dK du canal (16) du manchon au niveau de cette section. Elle a la relation suivante: 2 « lK/dK « 6. On peut utiliser l'invention en chirurgie générale, en urologie et en oncologie.
