Abstract

Procédé pour installer une canalisation de câbles (4) dans une couche isolante en mousse plastique dure (3) d'un élément de tuyau préisolé, à proximité d'un tuyau d'écoulement (1) de l'élément de tuyau, ce dernier ayant un tubage protecteur (2) qui entoure la couche isolante (2). La présente invention se caractérise par le fait qu'avant l'amenée et le moussage de la couche isolante (3) dans un espace compris entre le tuyau d'écoulement (1) et le tubage protecteur (2), un tuyau élastique longitudinal pressurisé (5) revêtu d'un agent de démoulage est fixé à l'extérieur du tuyau d'écoulement (1). Le tuyau élastique (5) est maintenu à une température élevée durant le moussage et refroidi rapidement quand le matériau isolant en mousse plastique (3) s'est solidifié. En conséquence, ledit tuyau élastique (5) se contracte et peut être enlevé facilement.
