BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Conventionally, most of the armor used as exterior materials for battleship vehicles is formed from a single steel plate, and the improvement in the elasticity resistance of the armor plate increases the thickness of the steel plate. This has been done by improving the material quality of the steel sheet itself and by improving the ballistic resistance.
However, if the thickness of the steel plate is increased, the vehicle weight becomes heavy, and there is a problem in traveling. Therefore, the thickness of the steel plate is limited, and the net plate itself has to withstand the resistance. There is only a limit to the improvement of ballistic performance, and the steel plate becomes expensive, so there is a limit to the bulletproof performance of the armor plate
Summary of the Invention
Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide an armor plate that can solve the aforementioned problems. That is, the bullet penetration force of the bullet is maximized when the bullet hits the steel plate perpendicularly, and the penetration force of the bullet decreases sharply as the angle is increased. Inside, it is necessary to move in a direction that is softer and less penetrative than a dog that is hard and penetrable.
The aim is to provide an armor plate that has been devised with a focus on two points and has a markedly improved bullet resistance. In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, according to the present invention, a plurality of intermediate plates made of a material having excellent ballistic resistance are arranged diagonally at the front of the main armor plate. Further, an armor plate provided with a composite plate provided with a filler having inferior bulletproof performance between adjacent intermediate plates is provided. As a result, the bullet penetrates obliquely by the intermediate plate to reduce the kinetic energy, and then strikes the main armor plate, so that the bullet penetrates the main armor plate. You can do it.

Detailed description of preferred examples
Hereinafter, specific examples of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Fig. 1, a large number of composite plates 2 of a predetermined size are continuously attached to the front of a main armor plate 1 serving as an exterior material of a structure such as a fighter vehicle and attached with a mounting bolt 3. The armor plate.
In the composite plate 2, a plurality of intermediate plates 6 are disposed at an oblique interval between the mounting plate 4 and the front plate 5, and a filler 7 is disposed between the adjacent intermediate plates 6 and 6. The mounting plate 4 is made of a material having inferior ballistic performance such as anoremi, plastic, rubber, etc., and the front plate 5 and the intermediate plate 6 are made of ballistic resistant material. Filler 7 is made of a material with poor ballistic performance, such as aluminum, plastic, rubber, air, etc. ing .
However, the bullet's kinetic energy is enormous, but the directional stability (straightness) is limited by the force or wing of the collider due to the rotation of the bullet (life). As a result, the bullet 10 impacts on the oblique surface 11 as shown in Fig. 2, because it is the air resistance that works and the force is a small value compared to the velocity energy. And the bullet's ability to keep straight is subject to great resistance.
As such, when the bullet collides with the front plate 5 of the composite plate 2, it penetrates the front plate 5, and the penetrated bullet penetrates the filler 7 without difficulty and passes through the intermediate plate. However, since the intermediate plate 6 is inclined and has an angle with respect to the bullet impact direction and is harder than the filler 7, the bullet faces the warhead in the direction of the filler 7. At the same time, the penetration force decreases, and the bullet starts to penetrate obliquely by the intermediate plate 6, spends a considerable amount of kinetic energy, and after penetrating the composite plate 2, the bullet enters the main armor plate 1. Although the vehicle collides obliquely, the energy that the bullet penetrates has been greatly reduced, so that the bullet cannot pierce the main armor plate 1 and scatters.
As described above in detail, according to the armor plate of the present invention, since the bullet collides with the intermediate plate 6 of the composite plate 2 at an angle, the penetration force is reduced, and the bullet is reduced. In addition, the penetration resistance of filler 7 is small, the warhead of the bullet is directed toward filler 7, and the bullet penetrates the composite plate 2 diagonally, greatly reducing kinetic energy. After hitting the main armor plate 1, the energy that penetrates the main armor plate 1 of the bullet can penetrate the smaller main armor plate 1. Absent
Therefore, according to the armor plate of the present invention, the thickness of the steel plate can be increased and the bulletproof performance can be drastically improved without using expensive materials.
