Abstract

Es wird eine Seitenkanalpumpe beschrieben, deren Gehäuse aus zwei scheibenförmigen Hälften (10') zusammensetzbar ist. In jede Gehäusehälfte (10') ist mindestens ein Seitenkanal (15a, b, c) eingearbeitet. Ein zwischen den Gehäusehälften (10') angeordnetes Schaufelrad (11) befördert das Medium mit Schaufelkränzen (23), die den Seitenkanälen (15a, b, c) im Gehäuse zugeordnet sind. Am Schaufelrad (11) und/oder den Gehäusehälften (10') sind im Bereich der seitlichen Dichtflächen Gleitringe (20, 21) angeordnet. Der Eintrittskanal (25) und der Übergang zwischen zwei Seitenkanälen (15a, b, c) münden in spitzem Winkel zur Trennebene der Gehäusehälften (32) und tangential zur Seitenkanal-Mittellinie in den entsprechenden Seitenkanal (15a, b, c). Die Mündung (26) des Eintrittskanals ist zur Aussenseite der Gehäusehälfte (10') hin trichterartig erweitert und die Mündung des Übertrittskanals (29, 29') geht kontinuierlich in den zugehörigen Seitenkanal über.
