Abstract
Le dispositif décrit comprend, selon l'invention, au moins un arbre excentrique mené supplémentaire (4) monté de manière coaxiale par rapport à l'arbre excentrique principal (1), et portant sur ses épaulements décalés des rouleaux coniques tronqués (5) et au moins un rouleau cylindrique reversible (6). La plus petite base du rouleau conique tronqué (5), qui est située près du rouleau cylindrique réversible (3) de l'arbre excentrique principal (1), a des dimensions qui sont fonction de son diamètre. Les arbres excentriques principale et supplémentaire (1, 4) sont montés sur un cadre (7) relié par une liaison cinétique à la machine d'entraînement et composé d'au moins deux nervures longitudinales (8) placées symétriquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal desdits arbres (4) et mutuellement reliées de manière rigide par des traverses (9).
