Abstract
Elément de structure pour bâtiments, composé de feuilles minces interconnectées et utile pour la construction de murs ou de planchers. L'invention est caractérisée par le fait que ledit élément contient des feuilles de construction (4) disposées perpendiculairement et dotées d'une faible résistance à la flexion. L'une des feuilles de liaison (4) comporte des alésages (1, 2) parallèles à son plan, les alésages de montage des autres feuilles étant perpendiculaires à celui-ci. On remplit les alésages (1, 2) d'une résine synthétique en particulier d'une résine époxy à deux composants; après remplissage, on introduit des tiges de serrage (3). Avec les feuilles de construction ainsi reliées ou obtient, en créant des nervures principales (5) et transversales (6) et des faces latérales (7), des parois (8) ou des coffrages perdus (11), des planchers (14) nervurés à poutrelles ou des poutres à semelles (16). Un autre avantage réside dans le fait les alésages (1, 2) des feuilles minces de construction (4) sont pratiqués avec un espacement selon les plans de construction. Les alésages (1, 2) ayant été nettoyés à l'air comprimé et les impuretés en suspension enlevées par aspiration, on remplit les alésages propres (1, 2) d'un adhésif, de préférence de la résine époxy. Pendant l'étape suivante, des tiges métalliques sont chauffées à 100-140 °C et introduites dans lesdits alésages de manière à réduire la viscosité de la résine époxy à haute résistance. On imprègne ensuite la feuille d'adhésif ou on enfonce des chevilles métalliques ou en bois dans les alésages de la feuille préalablement remplis d'adhésif.
