Abstract

A cardboard box container (S) associable with an unopenable cardboard cover (C), in which the cardboard is preferably of impermeable impregnable type for liquid tightening, and in which for the realization of the box (S) a die-cutting substantially rectangular corresponding to the perimeter of develop of the box or greater is made, with prefold lines (l) for the formation of the bottom (1) and for realizing perimetrical lateral wall sides (2, 3, 4, 5), where the respective external quadrangles (6), present a prefold line on the respective diagonal (d), characterized in that the containing box (S): provides the diagonal external bending (d) of said external quadrangles on the diagonals of the edges (6), forming triangular edges that are successively bent and rotated in external adjacency with one lateral wall one against the other on two respective opposite walls of handle (2-4); said quadrangular end presents a removal of the respective external corner (6'') and a 45° opposed carve (6'); two opposite borders corresponding to said two handle sides (2-4) protract with prefold of two respective fins, ending with hooking tongue (8) in order that said hooking tongues are insertable and turned-up after formation of the box, hooking said triangular edges and forming in the same time external holding handle to the box, through said traceries of the external edges (6').

Description

A cardboard box container with unopcnablc cardboard cover.
The present invention concerns a cardboard box container with unopenable cardboard cover, particularly suitable for hygienic use and hospital wasting to the respective wasting material, in which wanting opening wc are obliged to break the container or cover, being the closed container destined " to incineration. Conveniently the utilized cardboard is impermeable to prevent the leakages of liquids eventually contained.
In prior an incinerable box containers in impermeable cardboard of such type with the purposes to avoid pollution are well known, this containers provide the use of a perimetrical rectangular die-cutting, with prefold lines for the formation of the bottom and four sides which lateral walls, in which the respective external diagonal quadrangles present a prefold line on the same diagonal, destined to be bent inwards the box and further benl closely to the respective internal lateral wall.
Such solution requires a successive fixation phase of the folded internal quadrangles (rectangles after bending) with consequent high production costs.
A principal disadvantage of the mentioned solution derives however by the fact thai the container is deprived in holding handles for the hoisting, being the respective construction more expensive and the eventual carving of the lateral walls realizing dangerous openings allowing issuance and leakage of contained materials (infections or accidents as for example undesired punctures, ecc). Further, the handles so realized lack in easy lifting and transportation with upside down danger an risk opening and pouring the respective contained material, liquids in particular.
Purpose of the present invention is to obviate even to the mentioned drawbacks. Other traditional containers use a cover in plastic material (e.g. expanded polystyrene) notoriously pollutant in combustion.
A second purpose of the present invention is to realize a container with the mentioned characteristics in which even the cover is made in cardboard notoriously less pollutant.
This and other purposes are reached with the present innovation according to the claimed characteristics solving the exposed problems by means of a cardboard box container associable with an unopenable cardboard cover, in which the cardboard is preferably of impermeable impregnated type for liquid tightening, and in which for the realization of the box a die-cutting substantially rectangular corresponding to the perimeter of develop of the box or greater is made, with prefold lines for the formation of the bottom and four realizing perimetrical lateral wall sides, where the respective external quadrangles, present a prefold line on the respective diagonal, characterized in that the containing box: - provides the diagonal external bending of said external quadrangles on the diagonals of the edges, forming triangular edges that are successively bent and rotated in external adjacency with one lateral wall one against the other on two respective opposite walls of handle ; - said quadrangular end presents a removal of the respective external comer and a 45° opposed carve; - two opposite borders corresponding to said two handle sides protract with prefold of two respective fins, ending with hooking tongue in order that said hooking tongues are insertable and lurncd- up after formation of the box, hooking said triangular edges and forming in the same lime external holding handle to the box, through said traceries of the external edges.
With this solution it is made possible to give handles to the container box, realizing it externally avoiding apertures in the walls with maxim safeguarding of contagions, dispersions or any other accident.
Advantageously the closure cover in cardboard too, provides two analog anti-opening inside bent tongues in order to al low engagement with corresponding external bent anti-opening tongues in the upper board of the box:
In such a way we obtain the advantage: - to realize box and cover with internally impermeable cardboard allowing liquids containing in tightening condition and notoriously combustible not pollutant preventing even the reopening of the cover.
These and other advantages will appear from the following specified preferential description of one solution of realization with the help of the accompanying drawings which particulars of execution are not to be considered limitative but exemplificative solely. Figure 1 represents a plant view of the die-cutted for the box with prearranged the respective bending lines for its realization. Figure 2 represents a lop view of the semi-realized box with the respective diagonal quadrangles externally orientated, folded in triangle shape. Figure 3 represents a left side view of the box with the external triangles already further bent (from a hatched position corresponding to the previous Figure) being rotated adjacent to the handle walls. Figure 4 represents a perspective plant view of the finished box. Figure 5 represents in enlarged way the bending of the external quadrangle closely bent to the handle wall. Figure 6 represents the plant view of the of the cover dic-cultcd. Figure 7 represents a view of the cover die-cutted bent to form the cover folding the respective quadrangles internally in normal way. Figure 8 represents a side view of the cover in broken section X - X. Figure 10 represents a schematic view in section of how the cover engages the box. Figure 9 represents in enlarged view the inner folding of one respective corner quadrangle.
Making reference to the Figures we appreciate that with 1 is indicated the bottom and with 2, 3, 4, 5 the respective four side walls of the box, being the quadrangle corners indicated with 6, the bending lines with hatch (1-d) being the intermediate bending lines of the edge indicated edges with (d). In the box as in Figs. 1 to 5 the edges 6 are bent toward the external and present the incisions 6' being the respective corners cut off 6" in order to allow to lock the formed box hanging the folded quadrangles/rectangles already bent externally by turning upside down the respective locking tongues 8, 8' that arc inserted through the traceries 6' of the edges 6 folded adjacent to the respective handle wall (2-4) forming so opposite external holding handles (m) externally to the respective walls.
The cover (C) as disclosed in Figs. 6 to 9, is instead produced with the traditional technique of internal fold of the respective corner quadrangles 6. Both in the box and in the cover on respective opposite borders of wall (3-5), corresponding cog tongues (7-9) are obtained, respectively external bent in the box and internal bent in the cover for mutual engagement in anti opening closure Figure 10. The cover tongues can extend even on the edges (V) without modifications of the substantial characteristics of the invention.
